Production

All prints are made to order.
Production time is 2 to 3 business days.
Each piece is printed especially for you once your order is placed.

Shipping

All prints are carefully hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes for safe delivery.

Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is complete.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Europe – 2 to 5 business days
United Kingdom – 5 to 15 business days
Canada – 5 to 15 business days
Rest of the World – 10 to 30 business days

Returns & Exchanges

Because all prints are made to order, all sales are final.

However, if your print arrives damaged or there is a printing flaw, please email hello@melahahn.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Damage must be reported within 3 weeks of delivery.
If approved, a replacement will be issued free of charge.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to the printing facility due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, please contact hello@melahahn.com within 3 weeks of the return notice.
Re-shipping or reprinting fees may apply.
